Whispering Sands operates a strict policy of No Smoking and No Parties, as well as a quiet time starting from 10 p.m.
This ensures a peaceful and comfortable environment for residents and guests while respecting local regulations and neighbours' privacy and comfort.
NESPRESSO MACHINE
Whilst we do provide the basics - tea, coffee and sugar - we ask that you bring your own Nespresso capsules.
FREE WiFi
Free WiFi is provided throughout the main living area.
SECURITY
Kenton-on-Sea is a safe environment. The limited crime in our town is generally opportunistic.
An electric gate provides access, with an electric fence, beams and a full alarm making up the security system, which is connected to Hi-Tec armed response.
DAILY HOUSEKEEPING
Our housekeeper will service the property daily throughout your stay. Should you require cleaning materials outside of her hours they are provided.
DSTV
The full bouquet of DSTV channels is available.
GARDEN & POOL MAINTENANCE
Both our swimming pool and garden are serviced weekly in season, and every two weeks out of season.
Guests will be advised when to expect the service teams.
LOAD SHEDDING
We are not affected by load shedding as we have solar geysers, and solar panels with an inverter and battery back-up.
FIREWOOD
We do not provide firewood and firelighters, so please ensure you bring your own.
